Who We Are

This is the family behind We Eat We Travel.

Meet parents – Denise and Jay – and kids – Kai and Koa.

Denise has been in the digital space since the beginning of the internet (remember when AOL was available on CDs). Blogging was more of an experiment, to build on her business acumen, and just to ramble on randomness. She began Dee Cuisine back in February 2006, but wanted a separate blog focused mainly on travel. Fast forward to November 2014, We Eat We Travel was born. 

Jay incorporates his hobby of photography with the love of traveling and eating good food. You can see many of his photos on our posts, and also on Instagram.

Kai is a chocolate lover and beachcomber. Her favorite travel destination is Hawaii. One of her first sentences was “Why don’t we go in the water?” This was when we visited Grand Cayman back in 2013. 

Koa doesn’t say much, but eats plenty. He loves the beach, cars, and sharks.
