New season. New tenants. The iconic Grand Central Terminal will have a couple new shoppes and restaurants opening this season, including Prova Pizzabar, Central Cellars and La Chula.

Prova Pizzabar – Now open – Celebrity chef and Iron Chef Judge Donatella Arpaia has launched Prova Pizzabar in the Dining Concourse at Grand Central Terminal. Using the highest water content, longest proofing process, and most authentic Italian ingredients, she has crafted a purely-delicious pizza. Visitors will be able to enjoy award-winning meatballs, pasta, craft cocktails, and more in the warm and rustic full-service dining room, bar, or for takeaway.

Central Cellars – October 2016 – Central Cellars, a new wine and liquor store, features everything from Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc to high-end spirits. Certified Sommeliers on staff can guide customers to their favorite wines and direct them to hard-to-find spirits and wines, such as the Pappy Van Winkle collection, Lagavulin 16 Islay Single Malt Scotch, and Barrell Bourbon.

La Chula – October 2016 – Chef/owner Julian Medina will open La Chula, the place to go for authentic Mexico City-style tacos and ceviches. Some of Medina’s signature tacos will include Suadero-style brisket, pork pastor, and fresh and healthy ceviches. Vegetarian dishes such as salad bowls, corn on the cob, guacamole, and tacos de brussels will also be on the menu.
